By applying for membership in PitchDO or accessing the PitchDO network, website or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not apply for membership or participate in the network.
PitchDO is a curated relationship and opportunity network designed to facilitate relevant business introductions among members.
Membership in PitchDO is subject to these Terms. Membership applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of PitchDO.
PitchDO does not independently verify the identity, credentials, representations, financial information or statements provided by members.
Members are responsible for independently evaluating any introduction, opportunity or transaction and for obtaining appropriate legal, financial, tax or other professional advice where required.
Members acknowledge that all introductions and information shared through PitchDO are provided solely as business connections.
Members shall not rely upon PitchDO, its operators, affiliates or representatives in making any investment, commercial, legal, financial or strategic decision.
Members remain solely responsible for conducting their own independent assessment, verification and due diligence.
PitchDO does not receive commissions, success fees or transaction-based compensation solely for facilitating introductions between members.
Any advisory, investment or professional services provided outside PitchDO shall require a separate written engagement and shall be governed by its own terms.
Members acknowledge and consent that information provided to PitchDO may be used internally to understand member priorities, identify potential relationships, introductions and opportunities, and facilitate relevant introductions where appropriate.
Information will not be publicly disclosed without consent except where required by law.
PitchDO makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the identity, credentials, representations or conduct of any member, the completeness, accuracy or reliability of information shared through the network, or the suitability, viability or success of any opportunity, introduction or transaction.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
In no event shall PitchDO, its operators, affiliates or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service, any introduction facilitated through the Service, or any conduct, transaction or dealings between members.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or wilful misconduct.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if incapable of modification, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
PitchDO may amend these Terms from time to time by posting updated Terms on its website or notifying members via email or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
